Appleducks, a new Tunbridge Wells based events company announces the launch of a brand new craft fair @ Trinity to champion talented local artists and makers.

Appleducks is a brand new local business recently established by Jo Roberts @ Lovelies ( and Stephanie Brushfield @ Elephant in my Handbag ( Friends Jo and Stephanie discovered that they both had a passion for supporting talented local artists and makers but felt there were very few outlets for them to sell their beautiful handmade products.

So the seed of an idea formed and Jo and Stephanie decided to give Tunbridge Wells its very own Craft Fair, called ‘Handmade with Love’ championing local makers.  At the same time, they established Appleducks as an event company – both Jo and Stephanie have experience in event organisation.

Jo and Stephanie hope Handmade with Love @ Trinity will be the first of many successful local events for Appleducks !

Handmade with Love @ Trinity will be held on Saturday 10th November 2012 from 10.30 am – 4 pm and will feature beautiful handmade crafts designed and created by talented local makers and artisans.  As well as knitted, crocheted and hand sewn goods, there will be artwork, ceramics, cards, homeware, jewellery and clothing for sale. Perfect for sourcing one-off Christmas presents or just for treating yourself!

Entry to Handmade with Love @ The Trinity is just £3 and includes entertainment from local musicians and singers.

There will also be the chance for people to have a go themselves at ‘Handmade Workshops’ with  craft specialists. These will take place throughout the day and are designed to inspire budding crafters and give people the chance to create a unique hand-made item!

    Hi Rosie
So magazine isn’t arranging the craft fair, it’s being organised by Appleducks whose contact details are on the post. We hope this is helpful.

Hi there, cannot do your craft fair of 13th April, but when is your next one? I make jewellery and also paint water colors and mixed media canvasses. Can you kindly let me know your prices of a table. I am a volunteer at Trinity so would appreciate your best price . Thanks.
